DCW Q-Tip Signature Detail

Service Description

Please note, this is an all-day service often requiring work over two (2) days. While we try to finish the vehicle same-day, the Q-Tip-like attention to detail and engine block cleaning require the appropriate time and should not be rushed. Accordingly, we request drop-offs before 9 a.m. or the understanding that the car may need to be picked up the following day. We often find this service is best for: (A) owners selling or returning the car after a lease; (B) intra-family gifts; and (C) philanthropic donations. Each customer receives a one month complimentary unlimited hand wash subscription. DCW's Majestic C.A.R.E. Tech Certified team will complete a comprehensive, non-abrasive ceramic foam exterior hand wash and hand dry with bug and tar removal before sanding, polishing, and correcting minor scratches. Door jams, wheels, and rims will be completely cleaned and tires dressed. If needed, headlights will be restored to remove haze and discoloration. The team will also complete an exhaustive engine block cleaning with the goal of returning the car to "like-new" condition. On the inside, the team thoroughly cleans all interior surfaces, shampoos carpets, and applies leather conditioning. Our goal is to return the vehicle to a brand new look and feel. An additional charge will be required for the removal of mold and/or bodily fluids pending review and approval by a Dilworth Car Wash owner or manager. Any after-market additions and/or paint corrections must be identified to the DCW General Manager prior to the service to ensure appropriate precautions are taken.
